Halloween

Hi Everyone,

Sorry it's taken me so long to post. Even though it was nearly a month ago, Halloween was great. Mom surprised me with a pumpkin costume that I wore to school. It was great my classmates also dressed up. Mitzy was a ladybug and Max was a fireman. Halloween night I went to show Zoe my costume, I think she thought I looked silly, but that's okay. Alright, short message, but I have to go now. Bye!!!

Teething

I think I'm bugging Mommy a lot right now. I'm teething and chewing on everything, including mommy. I lost my top two front teeth recently and my new teeth are growing in and it feels so good to chew on things -it doesn't matter what it is.

I went to the doctors today and didn't like what happened at all. First she looked at my teeth and said I would have buck teeth in the front until my other teeth come in and then she gave me a shot! It's a tough life for a puppy I'll tell you. Other than the issue with my doctor, everything else has been good. I get to go outside on the patio and play all by myself because Mommy made it safe :) I love sun bathing, it's so warm.

Yes - it's true. I've finally gotten to go outside and it's fantastic!

Mommy recently took me to see my doctor, she's super nice, they give me tons of treats and mommy asked if I could go outside because frankly I was getting bored. I mean I love chasing balls and chewing my bone, but I wanted more from life. My doctor said I'm good to go! I still don't have all of my shots so I can't hang out around dogs I don't know, but I can go outside in places Mom knows.

My favorite pasttime is lounging in the sun. Mom gets frustrated because she'll take me outside so I can do my business, but then I won't do anything, I just lie in the sun because it's soooooo nice I don't want to do anything else.

Mom takes waaaaaay too many pictures of me and she has more she wants me to post so I guess I will. Mom took this picture on the day it got super-dee-duper hot and I was too hot to do anything.

I've been trying really hard to update, but mom has been keeping me busy. I even went outside on the porch for a little while and have been on a few different car rides including a ride with my Auntie Gina! I didn't like the car rides at first, but I'm getting more used to them. I just don't like being restrained, I like being curious. Auntie Gina stayed with Mommy for a few days and it was really fun having her around, it gave me someone else to torment...I, I mean play with :)

Fourth of July

Hi and Happy Belated Fourth of July!

I've been keeping mom pretty busy this past week. From late night barks to running around all day I think I've sufficiently worn mom out, but I'm still going strong! Fourth of July was fun, I got to meet my Aunties Sara and Lauren - Auntie Sara gave me a paw massage and I was in doggy Heaven, see...

Then Gramma Myrna and I went to meet Uncle Al and Aunt Jane and I played on the grass a little, I can't wait until I can play in the grass all the time! After that, I met Marie and Uncle Jack and they were a lot of fun. Then they left and I hung out with mom and gramma and watched the fireworks on TV, they were verrrrry pretty.

I don't get what the big deal is about these fireworks, I mean I heard them boom and it didn't scare me one bit.

I was pretty excited from the day and woke mom up a few times that night, but what puppy wouldn't after such a great day meeting wonderful people!

I'm Home

As the title states I am home! Mom has been busy taking videos and pictures and I'm sure they will be posted soon. This is a short entry, but more will come!

The countdown is on everyone, there's only 14 days until I go home - I'm super excited! I got to see my mommy and auntie today and I got to run around for them. I think I got a little crazy and didn't know where to go. Oh, mommy had that silly camera with her again and I think she took a video of me and now she wants to post it on my blog, Geez, Thanks mom.

Today my caretaker decided to take more pictures of me to send to Mommy. I was feeling less shy and even posed a little, maybe it's the beginning of my modeling career...

I Met My Mommy

I met my Mommy today!

My caretaker first told me that my mommy was coming to meet me today and I got really excited, but then I kind of sad because I don't want to leave my brothers and sisters. It was exciting, but I was feeling very shy, especially when grandma took out the camera and started taking pictures of me. I like mommy, I let her know that by giving her tons of kisses and leaving little white and black hairs all over her sweater :) I'm still hanging out with my brothers and sisters and my birth mom most of the day, but I like having visitors like mommy and grandma too!

My Name is Bella Piccola Stella, I'm a miniature dachshund and I will be turning 6 weeks old tomorrow! My birth parents are Dory and Billy .

I have three brothers and two sisters.
